STONE CREEK CLUB & SPA
Stone Creek Club & Spa, a new state-of-the-art facility located in Covington, La., has its HVAC system controlled by the Building Automation System installed by Automated Control Systems.

METAIRIE COUNTRY CLUB
Automated Control Systems played a part in the rebuilding of Metairie Country Club after it was flooded during Hurricane Katrina by providing the Building Automation System.

NEW ORLEANS COUNTRY CLUB
The Direct Digital Controls and the Building Automation System for the historic New Orleans Country Club, were provided by Automated Control Systems.

DIXIE BREWERY
Founded in New Orleans in 1907, the Dixie Brewery will bring production of Dixie Beer back to New Orleans for the first time since Hurricane Katrina, which displaced the brand. The brewing facility will be built in an 80,000-square-foot portion of the building and, at least initially, will be able to brew about 1,000 barrels of beer a month. The brewery also includes a tap room and recreational space on a green area in front of the brewery. Automated Control Systems was selected to provide a Schneider Electric BAS for the Dixie Brewery.

SEIGNOURET-BRULATOR HOUSE
The Seignouret-Brulatour House recently underwent a major renovation through the Historic New Orleans Collection. This is a museum facility, and maintaining proper humidity and temperature control is crucial to the space. Automated Control System was selected to install a Schneider Electric Building Automation System throughout the building to help maintain the proper conditions.

AT&T DIAMOND ONE PROJECT
Automated Control Systems, Inc. was authorized by AT&T to convert the old Diamond 1 Card Access Systems to the AT&T National Standard Andover – Continuum Card and HID iClass Card Access System. The nine-month project, scheduled for completion in June 2016, involves more than 178 buildings throughout Louisiana and Mississippi.
Automated Control Systems, Inc. has previously installed over seventy-six Andover Systems prior to this project and is currently under contract to AT&T for installations and service going forward.

LOUISIANA BAR ASSOCIATION
Automated Control Systems installed a Schneider BMS in 2010 in the Louisiana Bar Association Building across from Lafayette Square. This system’s network controller was upgraded in 2019 to the latest technology available. The original field controllers were still operational and able to remain, saving the customer from upgrading the entire system at one time.

DESIRE STREET FACILITY
Automated Control Systems is nearing completion of the HVAC temperature control system at the three buildings comprising the Desire Street Ministries facility. The facility is comprised of a community center, an early childhood center, and a medical clinic. The project was completed in the summer of 2016.
