The hotel underwent a complete renovation as a result of the flood damage suffered during Hurricane Katrina. Automated Control Systems was instrumental in the renovations with the installation of a new Building Automation System (Schneider Electric I/A Series) and Variable Frequency Drives (ABB). The hotel reopened in 2009 after an eighteen-month renovation.

Located on the world famous Bourbon Street, the Four Points Sheraton hotel has a Schenider Electric I/A Building Automation System controlling its central plant, common areas and guest rooms.

The Hilton Garden Inn Hotel, located near the New Orleans Convention Center, has a Schneider Electric I/A Building Automation System controlling its central plant, common area AHU's and VAV terminal units.

Automated Control Systems was there to provide the necessary controls when the Westin Canal Place renovated their cooling towers and central plant.

Automated Control Systems just completed the HVAC temperature control system at the newly renovated ACE Hotel. The 234-room, $80 million hotel occupies the Art Deco Building, which was commissioned in 1928 and once was the home to the Max Barnett Furniture Store. The ACE Hotel opened in March 2016.

Automated Control Systems was selected for the design-build project of the historic Jung Hotel & Residences to provide a Schneider Electric BAS, as well as, ABB Variable Frequency Drives.

The main nine-story building was built in 1927 to house New Orleans Public Service Inc., the city's utility company, and its employees. Automated Control Systems was selected to provide a Schneider Electric BAS for the 217-room luxury hotel development and restaurant.

Hotel Peter and Paul was a renovation of St. Peter and Paul historic school, church, convent and rectory. The renovated spaces consist of hotel rooms, an event space, and restaurant, lounge and bar spaces. Automated Control Systems installed a Schneider Electric BMS system throughout the property utilizing both wired and wireless technology. We also installed ABB Variable Frequency Drives.

Automated Control Systems was selected by InterContinental Hotel to replace the antiquated HVAC control system. Automated Controls designed and implemented a central plant control system that improved performance, reliability, and reduced maintenance. Since the hotel remained operational, ACS worked closely with the hotel to replace the HVAC controls in phases.

Automated Control Systems was selected for this design-build project as the low voltage HVAC temperature controls contractor. The Odeon at South Market is a mixed-use, market-rate multifamily project set to be complete by fall 2020. At 30 stories, it’s the tallest building constructed in New Orleans in over thirty years. The Odeon will feature 25 stories of housing, in addition to four floors of retail space and parking.

Automated Control Systems was awarded the contract o provide the DDC controls for this greenfield project located in Slidell, La. This facility provides affordable housing for the low-income elderly and disabled. Villa Additions will take the place of a similar facility located in the Ninth Ward of New Orleans that did not reopen after Hurricane Katrina in 2005. The project was completed in the early fall of 2016.
