The former Old Dominion Tower was heavily damaged during Hurricane Katrina. The office building was purchased by the Benson family and was completely renovated. Automated Control Systems was selected as the building automation systems contractor for the renovations to the Benson Tower and worked closely with the design team in helping the new Benson Tower achieve LEED Certification.

This branch of Iberia Bank, located in Covington, La. has Schneider Electric DDC controls and ABB variable frequency drives provided by Automated Control Systems.

A new venue concept, Movie Tavern offers in-theater dining that completely transforms your movie going experience. Automated Control Systems provided the direct digital controls (DDC) which control the temperature in the building.

Automated Control Systems has installed Schneider Electric BMS systems and ABB Variable Frequency Drives in the mall common area, as well as standalone Schneider solutions in several of the individual stores.

Automated Control Systems worked closely with Iberia Bank and Energy Solutions in upgrading the BAS system in the existing four-story office building. With the upgraded BAS System, Iberia Bank was able to save approximately $12,000 per year in utility costs.
